Imagininx is a digital marketing agency that operates under the following Terms & Conditions to ensure clarity and professionalism in all engagements. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below:

• Imagininx offers services including but not limited to web design, branding, SEO, social media marketing, paid campaigns, and video production. Specific project details and deliverables will be outlined in a proposal or contract.
• ii ) Fees and Payment:
• - Service pricing will be outlined in a proposal and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project.
• - A deposit of 50% is required before commencing the project, with the balance payable upon completion.

• iii ) Revisions and Approvals:
